Meet Our New Motor Liability Manager

We are pleased to be able to announce that we have appointed Richard Yelland, one of our senior adjusters, to the role of Motor Liability Manager, with effect from 1 July 2013.

Richard is an outstanding member of our workforce. From a background with Axa Insurance, he has worked for Watershed for over ten years, starting as an office based claims handler. He will be promoted from an outside adjusters job, in which he has enjoyed great success and has consistently been one of our best performers, both in terms of output and quality.
