Who We Are
Watershed – a short history
Watershed was established in 1997 by David Wakefield who sought to create a firm of specialist adjusters, offering the personal level of service and attention to detail which can get lost in larger companies. He established a team with the skills and dedication necessary to deliver a high quality handling and investigation service for liability claims. Focusing on professionalism and service we have maintained our high standards, and this is reflected in the longevity of our client base. The company has developed a reputation amongst insurers for delivering technical excellence combined with insightful reporting. We are often instructed by our clients to “take a second look” at cases where other adjusters have failed to secure the evidence necessary to make a realistic judgement on liability.
